3rd Annual MetaSUB Conference
The 3rd Annual Conference on Metagenomics and Metadesign of the Subways and Urban Biomes (MetaSUB), hosted in conjunction with The Wenner-Gren Institute, Stockholm University, was held on July 18-20, 2017, in Stockholm, Sweden at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (www.iva.se). Our gracious host for this year was Dr. Klas Udekwu
The conference convened established research scientists and junior scientists to share an assortment of computational methods and tools to analyze the sequenced data from additional pilot studies and the first Global City Sampling Day dataset from 2016.
The conference this year collaborated with the 16th Annual International Conference on Critical Assessment of Massive Data Analysis (CAMDA) on July 22-23, 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic.
